These terms govern your use of Lia, the service at liaos.space and on WhatsApp. Lia is operated by Shefin Muhamed, a sole proprietor based in Kerala, India ("we", "us"). By using Lia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Lia is a software companion for general wellness and education around PCOS, PCOD, and PMOS. She is an AI, not a doctor, clinic, or emergency service. She does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always speak to a qualified clinician for medical decisions, new or worsening symptoms, and medication changes. If you are facing a medical emergency or are in danger, contact your local emergency services or a hospital right away. Do not rely on Lia in an emergency.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lia. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, risk to others, or breaches of these terms.
You agree not to misuse Lia. That includes trying to access other people's data, probing or disrupting our systems, sending unlawful or harmful content, impersonating others, or using the service to build competing scrapers or datasets without our permission.
Lia is free to start. Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks conversation credits. Payments are made over UPI. Prices are shown before you pay and are in Indian Rupees.
Premium payments are non-refundable. If you have a billing question or a dispute, write to us at founder.liaos@gmail.com and we will look into it in good faith. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
You keep your rights to the content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only to operate and improve the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Lia, the Lia name and logo, the website, and the materials we create are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand or content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
We may add, change, limit, or stop features at any time. We try to keep Lia available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that Lia's responses are complete, accurate, or suitable for your situation. Lia supports you; she does not replace professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. For free users who have paid us nothing, that amount is zero. Some laws do not allow certain limits, and those limits will not apply to you where the law says so.
Lia depends on services from others, including Meta for WhatsApp messaging, UPI and payment providers for premium, and AI and hosting providers that run the service. Their terms may also apply to your use of those parts of the service.
You can stop using Lia at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or create risk for others. You can delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law that says otherwise, the courts located in Kerala, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to Lia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continuing to use Lia after a change means you accept the updated terms, where the law allows.
